Vince is qualified as a Licensed Customs Agent  With over 20 years experience, who obtained his licence at the age of 21 after intensive training. Over the years the rules have changed, and like many industries the requirements to become a Customs Broker have relaxed. 
 
The result however, for many importers/exporters has been disastrous.  NZ Customs consistently audit entries.  If you are not using a true professional, you may run the risk of your goods being incorrectly classified,  resulting in thousands of dollars duties being in-correctly charged or even worse an investigation from NZ Customs. We have a very clean record with NZ Customs and a 100% success rate in submitting applications with the Ministry of Economic Development.
